Furniture for offices, hotels, shops & restaurants
We manufacture in Ghana. That means your fit-out is not sitting in a container at the port, and when you need six more of something in a year’s time, we still have the specification.

Local manufacturing
Why a maker beats an importer on a contract
Importing furniture looks cheaper on the first quote. It rarely stays that way once the schedule slips.
- ✓No shipping or clearing delays. Your timeline depends on our workshop, not a vessel and a port.
- ✓No breakage arriving in the crate. If something is damaged in transit to you, we remake it here in days.
- ✓Changes mid-project are possible. An extra six desks does not mean a new order cycle.
- ✓Matching replacements years later. We keep your specification on file.
- ✓Built for this climate. Materials chosen for Ghanaian heat and humidity.
The contract process
How a commercial order runs
01
Brief & site visit
Send your requirement or drawings. For projects around Accra we come to site and measure ourselves.
02
Specification & quote
A written quote listing materials, finishes, quantities, unit prices and a delivery schedule you can hold us to.
03
Sample & sign-off
On larger orders we build one unit first. You approve the real thing before we make another forty.
04
Production & install
Manufactured in Oyibi and installed on your schedule — in phases if you need the building kept in use.

What to expect from us
We are a workshop, not a factory, and we would rather tell you that plainly than over-promise and miss a deadline. Here is how we handle commercial work.
- ✓Phased delivery on large orders so your opening date is not held hostage to the final item
- ✓One specification, repeated exactly across every room or floor
- ✓Written schedule with your quote, agreed before any deposit is paid
- ✓Deposit and staged payments set out clearly at the start
- ✓Delivery and installation anywhere in Ghana
Contract questions
What businesses ask before ordering
What is the minimum order for contract work?
There is no fixed minimum. We have built a single reception counter and we have furnished multiple rooms to one specification. Send the requirement and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right workshop for it.
Can you work from our architect's or designer's drawings?
Yes. Send the drawings and specification and we will quote against them. If something in the drawing will not work well in practice — a material that suffers in humidity, for instance — we will say so before we build it, not after.
Do you provide a sample before full production?
On larger orders, yes, and we recommend it. One completed unit is built and approved before the rest go into production, so nobody discovers a problem at unit forty.
Can you deliver outside Greater Accra?
Yes, anywhere in Ghana. Transport is quoted separately based on distance and volume, and it is stated in the quote rather than added later.
Can you invoice a company and provide documentation?
Yes. We provide written quotes and invoices for company accounts and procurement. Tell us what your finance team needs and we will supply it.
Send us your requirement
Give us the quantity, the specification and the date you need it by. We will tell you whether we can meet it — and what it costs — before you commit.
