How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp is answered fastest, usually the same day during working hours. Email can take a little longer because we are often on site or in the workshop.
Do I have to visit the showroom to order?
No. Many customers order entirely over WhatsApp — you send photos and measurements, we send designs and progress pictures. The showroom is there if you want to see and feel the work first.
Do you charge for a quote or a site visit?
Quotes are free. For measuring visits around Accra there is normally no charge; for sites further out we will tell you upfront if travel needs to be covered.
What should I send to get an accurate price?
A photo of the space, the wall measurements if you have them, and a picture of a style you like. With those three things we can usually give you a realistic figure straight away.
