Meet the maker
Run by a carpenter, not a middleman
Rusar Best Furniture is founded and led by Ruth Sarfo — one of the few women running her own carpentry workshop in Ghana. She trained in the trade, she still works the floor, and she is the person you speak to when you call.
I did not want to sell furniture somebody else made. I wanted to build it myself, so I could stand behind every joint in it.
Because we build what we sell, we control the wood, the joinery and the finish. If a measurement changes halfway through, we change the furniture — we do not tell you to wait three months for another container.

Measure & design
We come and measure, or you send dimensions. You get a design and a written quote with materials and finish listed.

We build it
Made in our Oyibi workshop. We send progress photos as it comes together, so there are no surprises at the end.

Deliver & install
We deliver and fit it properly, anywhere in Ghana. Fitted work is installed, levelled and finished on site by our team.

Questions
Things customers ask us first
Do you deliver outside Accra?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in Ghana. Delivery is quoted separately based on distance and how much furniture is going, and we tell you that cost upfront — it is never added at the end.
How long does a fitted kitchen or wardrobe take?
It depends on size and finish, but most fitted kitchens and wardrobes take a few weeks from the day the design is agreed and the deposit is paid. We give you a date in writing with your quote, and we send progress photos along the way.
Can I bring my own design or a picture from the internet?
Please do — it is the easiest way to start. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can build it, what it would cost here, and whether anything should change to suit your space or the climate.
Do you install, or only deliver?
We install. Fitted kitchens, wardrobes and wall units are levelled and finished on site by our own team. Free-standing pieces like beds and dining sets are delivered and assembled.
How does payment work?
Work starts with a deposit and the balance is settled on completion. The exact split is agreed in writing before we begin, so you always know what is owed and when.
